It is our pleasure to invite you to our workshop on “Exploratory Models and Exploratory Modelling in Science“, to be held on 18th and 19th November 2019 at TU Berlin. The workshop is organized by the research group on Theoretical Philosophy (philosophy of science), and will also be advertised via the BIMoS International Graduate School in Model-based Science and Technology. Speakers will include a mix of philosophers of science, historians of science, and practicing scientists. We are hoping for constructive interactions between philosophers and scientists and a for the emergence of fruitful new lines of research.
